02 — Workshops
From a half-day introduction to a month-long programme, online or in person. Completely beginner friendly, and sized for your team rather than a conference room.
Your team learns to build and automate with the latest tools, including Claude Code, Zapier, n8n and Lovable. Wherever possible we work with tools you already pay for.
We build live, using your real processes as the examples, so people leave with something working rather than a folder of theory. Recordings and notes are included with every session.

Kickstart
£1,000 half day
A half-day introduction to modern AI and automation tools for up to six people. Your team leaves with their first working automation and a clear idea of what to build next.
Build Day
£2,000 full day
A full day of hands-on building for up to ten people. We work through your real processes and your team builds the automations themselves, with us alongside.
Builder Programme
£4,000 four sessions
Four half-day sessions over a month for up to eight people, with support between sessions. Your team maps its own processes, builds the highest-payoff automations, and finishes able to build the next one without us.
Larger teams add £150 per extra person, up to 15 per session. In-person sessions add travel at cost. No hidden extras.

No. Workshops are aimed at non-technical staff and everything is explained in plain English. The loosely technical people on your team, the ones who build clever spreadsheets, usually turn out to be the best builders.
Each package includes a team size: six for a Kickstart, ten for a Build Day and eight for the Builder Programme. Larger teams add £150 per extra person, up to 15 in a session. Beyond that we run two groups, so everyone still gets hands-on time.
Small and mid-sized companies drowning in repetitive admin. If your team spends hours every week on emails, spreadsheets and copying data between systems, there's almost certainly something worth automating.
